Where do I find out my account number?

My install’s on Monday, and I assumed that I’d have been sent my account number by now. The only thing I got when I placed the order was an email with the subject:

Your Order with Yayzi Broadband

Which has the Order Number and Service Reference. I’ve tried those, and variations of them, but I can’t create an account on my.yayzi.co.uk.

How do I get my account number?
