Where do you view your tickets submitted to Support

add your ticket number to the end like 12345

So emailed support again.

just use the same email used for sending them the email.

Freshdesk is slowly being phased out, please use the myYayzi portal.

When you email [email protected] the ticket gets raised in the old system and doesnt appear in the myyayzi portal - that’s why I pointed them that way :wink:
