Why am I only getting 1.3gb down?

This is been going on for a while. I’m paying for a 2gb service and only see 1.291gb through speedtest.Net

I’m in the south near Christchurch

Have you tried using https://proof.ovh.net/ rather than speedtest.net. i was getting the same as you on that site but the ovh one gave the correct result
