WiFi not working properly for work computer

Since Monday I’ve been having issues with my WiFi on my work laptop (no other device) it is fully secured access on the work laptop though but had been working absolutely fine every other day for around a year until Monday. Work have said to contact ISP to ask if there’s any shield software that is activated.

I’ve tried wired connection and that is useless
