Xbox app (PC) Ethernet issues

Any PC gamers here that have issues with the Xbox app?

The issue I see is this:
Downloading/updating a game over ethernet, almost always results in the following error: 0x87e0000f.

Downloading on Wi-Fi, perfectly fine.

Ethernet cable being used is fine - happens on other ethernet cable as well, also when downloading via steam or gaming on ethernet I have absolutely no issues, no drops of connections, nothing.

I’m coming to the conclusion it’s just the app, I’m at the point where I’m thinking of re-installing windows but really cannot be bothered with the fuss. Anyone else see this?

Are you using the Yayzi router? or your own one

My own, posted in general as it’s not a Yayzi issue.

Netgear rax120v2, open NAT, no QoS,

Saying that, I might ask Yayzi for a router, I’ve had enough of being plagued by Netgear firmware :joy:

That error code relates to system software update. So very bizarre indeed. Guessing you can check windows updates and maybe the Microsoft store

Yeah all up to date, which left me with the reinstalling windows. Which I’m probably overdue, I tend to do it every now for no apparent reason!

Don’t we all. I do a yearly re-install just for fun
