I have an xbox but it’s not plugged in currently, I’ll plug it in the weekend and try it. Is it all games or just some?
Only flipped everyone over this week so only have evenings to go on at the moment. I’m sure over the Easter holidays there will be weekdays and weekends to look at.
If he’s playing fifa, ask him to check the EA Connection Quality Report (click here) - it logs your last 7 days of games and shows an overall score, packet loss, jitter etc that might be helpful to Yayzi support here.
I’d have posted mine but I haven’t played FIFA for a month or so and it seemingly discards historic data.

Everyone’s only playing Fortnite at the moment as far as I know, so that’s what I’m looking at and running as well. Think I saw some sort of dragon based game being played which may have been Roblox. Hard to quantify with a game that doesn’t have an overlay for monitoring the latency, packet loss and disconnects though. But yes, Fortnite is the game of the moment so that’s where the grief is. I’m sure it will move back to Valorant and Rocket League at some point!
We’ve got an Xbox on order to test this haha, make sure we can absolutely nail this and get it sorted.

I’m going to try that when I’m back in the office, order an Xbox for our meeting room to check our Wi-Fi is working ok. 
Any recommendations for games… Sorry I mean what games are people having issues with that we really need to test 
Our house issues are all PC so maybe you need a new gaming PC too?!
I have the gaming PC covered just built my new one a couple weeks ago.
We have a direct connection into the network from our offices so we should be able to hopefully replicate the issues and gives us a good idea on where the issue may lay

I also had some very slow HTTP this evening specifically on Ali Express and Yahoo mail not downloading the content. Did my usual flip to VM, and problems solved. Don’t think I’d been on Ali with this connection before but haven’t had a problem with Yahoo before so may have just been a one off - just thought I’d flag it.
Is it wrong that I am mildly disappointed that nobody has made the joke that Liam needs to order a reliable connection to compare with? Honestly, you’d think the bloke had the power to disconnect you in 3 clicks or something!
