EX820v and IPv6

Has anyone got IPv6 working on EX820v, if so, what firmware is the router using?

I am currently using ‘0.1.0 3.1.8 v6087.0 Build 230406 Rel.63114n’ and can’t get it to work

Still waiting for new firmware to enable this on the router as far as I am aware. Those with their own routers have it.

This is a way to do it manually on the EX820V by changing a bunch of settings, but it doesn’t seem to show the router getting an IPV6 address - however browser based tests for IPV6 pass. Not sure if the new firmware will be any different.

It works, but it doesn’t show you any ipv6 details on the router, even though it has an address. Follow this:

Maybe this helps any EX820V Users. Advanced → Network Tab → Internet → Modify → Enable: IPv6 → SLAAC → Save Advanced → Network Tab → LAN Settings → Ipv6 (top right corner) [image] It may take a few minutes to propagate (usually it is instant) or you may need to restart the router to make sure the connected devices are using the settings. You will not see any IPv6 addresses visible on the router, though you should be able to ping6 google.com etc. Hope this helps.
