Do CityFibre provide you guys with a window for when they’ll actually do the work or is it more on a ‘when they feel like it’ basis?
I assume there’ll be no outages or need for router reboots and things will just get gradually faster at a certain point?

The way things have been I will be surprised if all is resolved today.

I’ve stuck it out to this point as a fairly new customer, as it seems when things are working Yayzi generally do provide a good service. But if we end up going into the weekend with the speeds seen recently (1.2mb/s most nights) I will be sending my cancellation email.

Still not migrated over yet, but I am enjoying still being on the old one whilst it’s quiet

Mine’s been pretty OK all morning. Nearly 100mb, which obviously isn’t 900, but a fair bit better than the 0.5 I was getting.
