when do we expect the full speed restoration ?
Speed should already have returned to normal
our download speed seems fine but upload is not the greatest (tried multiple servers)
Drop us an email to [email protected] - Also check you don’t have QOS enabled on your router

I thought all the 154 addresses were being removed. That being said, I had one for months after that announcement

I tried emailing support, but got this in return…
All I did was include this small screenshot saying that my downloads aren’t as expected.
That’s odd, it goes straight into the ticket system - also turn off QOS on your router Asus routers are awful for this.

QoS is (and always has been) switched off.
The purple box that says super, turn all that off.
You cant, that just tells you how good your speeds are
