Try downloading the desktop app for speedtest.net - it is usually a bit more accurate

Didn’t realize there was a desktop app, just installed and ran two tests from different servers, result was about the same, I’m not getting half the download I should be at the moment, upload is back to normal though.

Try the 20i or pebble host servers I always get max speed on these.

Thats a bit better, plus OVHcloud iperf test is coming back roughly the same now

Is this wireless, or wired?

@Yayzi_Team great work guys! Speed spot on evey speed test to differnet servers. Used to get 3.8ms latency now its always 2.5ms

Wired connection from my desktop PC to the router. Have just sent some more screen grabs to your support email from speedtest.net app showing similar speeds from 4 different servers after being requested to send some.

Why the actual f**k is my connection down again!

Yes I’ve raised a ticket

I’ve got a meeting in less than an hour…

All back to normal here.

Total bulls hit

Just got in and pleased to see things have gone back to normal. Happy household…you won’t hear from me again

Have a great weekend.

@GaryMac That’s brilliant. Only thing I would say is that Yayzi might not charge the people for the days they could not provide service on the lowest guaranteed speeds (maybe they do, I don’t know tbh). At the end of the days this is their decision to expand their business and change the equipment. That’s my thought at least.
I’m still within 14 days no-question cancellation period. If we have these problems next week as well, then I’ll cancel and back to my previous ISP.

What speed test site is that?

Well…. Speeds have gone up to around 300mb up/down ping is still higher at about 20ms and still on a 213 address….
Have I not been migrated and previous ip returned?

Looks like the one built in to an Asus router?

213 is the IP address that people have post migration.

Is your speed test direct on the router? Wired? Wireless?

Looks like Asus but using Speedtest.net servers.

Was wired, and I’d sent an email to the noc email for my previous static ip, guess they’re still going through them I suppose. Just happy to have a bit more bandwidth, was getting earache from the other half and kids, and it was such a shame I couldn’t work from home :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth::rofl::grinning::rofl:
