well speed has increased greatly but can anyone say why the download is quite different to the upload? and tbh i was expecting a little lower ping considering that is what i was or round about i were previously for ping times

It is strange. I have 1.2 Gig package and this is the result.

Are you able to try over Ethernet?

Starting to get flashbacks to when we first signed up and was offline for nearly a month because we couldn’t get an IP…

If I remember rightly yours was a particular issue that affected a couple of other people extremely near by

Is this an error part of the migration or ip address error? When using the app or website for iceland bonus card this comes up, but using mobile data it loads as expected



I’ve cleared cache and data from the app and cleared cache from edge, Firefox but still happens, if it does load it states I’m not connected to the internet.
Also happened when I received a letter from the nhs, loaded the link from the email and the nhs website stated I was offline.
Using the hx220 router supplied wired and mobile wireless
Any ideas?

It’s related to the one database reporting incorrectly. This is getting updated on Tuesday by MaxMind

@WhyAydan no, I have tplink BE550. I have a couple of different app to measure the WiFi speed. I don’t like relying on one app only.

Ah yeah good idea :slight_smile: does it have a built in speedy tester
