Yes thatās my one disappointment from having gone through the poor connection for what feels like ages during the migration, no change in ping on the upgraded network. Looks like yayzi hasnāt got as good routing in this area that my previous isp did as latency is more than double what I had before switching.
What service are you having larger latency with?
Itās not one service in particular, latency is just higher than I would like, perhaps I got used to the 5/6ms ping I had with my previous isp before joining yayzi, I have also noticed an increase in ping in online games since joining you.
There is something going on around this area though as my TB bqm graph has, a couple of times, shown a marked drop in latency for a while before returning to normal, if only you could identify what that was & keep it permanently low 
Thereās another member on here who lives in the same town as me & his graph also showed these dips in latency at the same time.
Any eta on when internet will be back up Iāve still got no connection? It was said there would be some information about it shortly a couple hours ago but I havenāt seen anything.
