Internet connection Gone again?

got email notification before disconnect, just wonder how many hours the yayzi ppl spent for this task, seems over 12hrs a day

Still not back for me - 15min and counting

How can you say few minutes if it’s going to be down for this long?

Got the email notification after the disconnection and after I had rebooted my gateway to actually be able to get back online. And there was me thinking they were finally reassigning my static IP…

There is no ā€œgoodā€ time to do anything 4am is just as busy as now - So while you may be sleeping, it doesnt mean there aren’t thousands not sleeping.

We had customers down, we’ve been doing this for 24 hours straight almost to find a way to do it without taking the service offline. Give it time to allocate thousands of addresses.

Hopefully they fix the geo issue. Google thinks I’m in the U.S.

Thankfully that is already in progress, should be updated in a day or two

As the instruction was to NOT reboot I didn’t. Turns out I had to…

20 mins and counting in the south west
