What do you mean by “We’ve put you back to the old network to ensure you get internet still”? I’ve had no internet since Thursday. No IP address since Thursday.

Down for about 5 minutes, no rebooting.
Is there anything else I need to do?
Rebooted both ONT and router twice. Still nothing. Red internet light.
Rebooted, no IP.
Picked up 154.56.254.X but no Internet access. Same as before

Online! managed 5 mins so far and still pinging the outside world.

Still nothing for me I’m afraid. Not picked up a single IP address since Thursday.
Offline again - dropped off at 22:13
Since my Tv only works with internet (no aerial or satellite), I dusted off the blu-ray player. Currently giving Dead Snow 2 a spin, hoping that watching Nazi Zombies ripping people apart will cheer me up until I’m back online.

We keep coming up and down, the router keeps the IP just the internet access goes. I can try set it statically?
