Looks like it is/was a City Fibre issue rather than localised to Yayzi, looking at the jump in the number of issues being reported. Hopefully thats the end of it.

I was down for 30 mins (00:46-1:15), but it came back with the same static IP which is a positive for me. Planned work notifications would be nice though @Yayzi_Team hint hint.

yer same range just different at the end. But I get that every time my router reboots anyway not being a static IP. I changed BQM to my new IP as soon as it came back up, so that BQM data is correct, my old IP, the outage, then my new IP.
This is exactly how my BQM used to look before that major outage the other week, when it came back on itās been like this since, after this outage itās gone back to how it should be again.

Went down last night for us too. we have been getting random disconnects for a week or so now.
I believe the old network provider ran basic traffic shaping to prioritise ICMP due to the way the graphs changed post migration.

Iāve been unable to watch it for about a week unless Iām on my mobile data. Iāve reached out to them and theyāre just taking their time looking into it. They kept saying Iām behinf a VPN which is causing an issue but Iāve stressed to them I am not.
Ive reported an issue around 5 days ago and heard nothing back too.
