IP assigned has a bad reputaiton 79.135.***.**

How about 79 addresses ?

@Yayzi_Team Just for my own sanity, you’ve mentioned here and in the pinned post that its the 74.x range that you’re moving, however I (and the others in this thread) am on the 79.x range - please tell me this what you mean and that’s its just a typo…?

Hopefully a typo and 79 was meant!

Are we sure the 185.210 lot are OK then, even with the same bad rep scores?

It is known, and the move should get rid of that :grinning:

Those too

Yeah typo! Glad you’re all on the ball

We have about 1000 customers on those addresses without any reported issues. So I’m fairly confident those are okay. We’ve been using the 185 addresses for several weeks now :slightly_smiling_face:

Migrated to new IP and disney and reddit are no longer blocked! Hurrah!

Same here. Reddit, Ticketmaster, Disney+ all fine.

Should all be back up now guys - anyone that isn’t and has done a reboot & a factory reset then me know

Still issue with

Is it just me can others check if it works and post here ?

Can someone from yayzi just pop them an email and ask them to white list yayzi IP blocks ?

:+1:

We can do this for you!

We use Brevo @work and I can log into our account fine. I haven’t tried sending anything via their SMTP though.

Are you connected via your works VPN or via yayzi directly ?

Not sure why these IPS are seen as proxy or VPN in the past but its freaking Brevo out. :upside_down_face:

Connected direct from home on the 185.210.x range.

Confirmed working and accessing apps such as ticketmaster on 185.210.171.xxx

Thanks for testing now fixed my side.

A bit of a late update here, now I’ve been moved to the 185 network I can confirm that all the little niggles that were left (specifically around banking apps) have been cured so thanks @Yayzi_Team you’ve had a manic couple of days, and I can see some people still have issues. From my side, coming from 30 years in IT, you certainly did your best in a tough situation, well done!
