Unfortunately one of the downsides of owning the business, don’t make more for downtime!

Appreciate the effort. For us nosey ones, that’s interested in this stuff, can we get a RCA once everything is up and running?

Yeah absolutely! We’re expecting that ourselves too, so will share that in full.

Still no joy for mine, I can’t access any sites - My router has a 79.135… IP but it’s useless, I can load google that’s about it. Concerning as I need to start work in 6 hours. Please could you take a look at mine too?

On it for you :slightly_smiling_face: should have you sorted shortly

Still no service here in Rugby, even after restarting all the gear. Are you still bring customers back online?

Half working ish / some connectivity, but exceptionally slow / am I to expect some issues on my end still?

We’re still working on this, and the other issues that have been raised too.

Checked the status page and saw a message saying all customers have been moved over to the new network… but mines off entirely. Router is no longer reporting an IP address at all. (Have tried a reboot etc)

I’m still down so they have not moved everyone over to new network

My one just came online little while ago… so far looking good-

Speedtest Completed

A new speedtest was completed using Ookla.

  • Server name: 20i Ltd
  • Server ID: 55810
  • Ping: 4 ms
  • Download: 925.46 Mbps
  • Upload: 938.55 Mbps

Disney+ isn’t working for me, everything else Inc bbc.co.uk, Netflix, iPlayer, Prime and speed test are all good. I did get the region blocked error at first but now it just won’t load at all in app or www.disneyplus.com

I’m still down, rebooted and nothing, black box is still flashing

Checked my logs and my IP lease issues stopped at 04.36, after which lease renewal appears to be working properly. I’ll keep an eye on it for a bit just in case, but thanks for sorting it out!

One question, now I’m on ipv6 is there any point in the static IP I am paying for?

Did a few checks before heading off to work this morning and can happily say that I’m all back in the green. 1.5Gbs/980Mbs over WiFi. Thank you all for your hard work getting this sorted!
