Still down. Has this not been fixed yet? I have restarted OnT and router and still
Didn’t came back online . Could you look into this ?

I am also getting regional errors with Disney+

Hi team, I’m on the 79.135.x.x and some sites aren’t working at all, Disney+ etc could I be switched over to the other IP range.

Im still down in york over 12 hours later ive reset box and everything. Can someone help please

Still down for me, router and ont rebooted still nothing.

Still down here in rugby, 13+ hours. I really need a resolution asap.

Also in York, mine keeps coming and going. Gonna have a coffee and see if I can work.

Can confirm mine seems to be up but like others, can’t access Disney Plus.

Whatever little routing issues I had last night appear to have cleared up on my end.

Websites load snappy and tracert/pathpings look just as good.

Hell of a job dealing with an outage and migration to a new platform in the same evening. Hopefully those with a broken connection get sorted soon :crossed_fingers:

Nice to see it saying Yayzi opposed to ip river.

Not reaching over 1.9gig nowhere near the 2.5gb I pay for. Up speeds are OK at .98gb
Ping is good.

Region issue with Disney Plus can this as well as my speed be sorted?

yeah, 70.135 range - some odd stuff last night when I tried to set it as static IP, so left it as dynamic, Same issues with Disney plus…
