Mine just dropped out completely again. It’s not a lease issue this time, that just renewed successfully at 06.54, then the net disappeared at 0700 on the dot.
Of course it’s being fixed. We don’t like people having issues like this. We’re investigating each and everyone’s problem as it comes in
Is the transit provider issue that lead to the migration to the new network fixed yet? Would it be possible to get moved back to the old network if that’s the case, while these issues are ironed out?
Im getting couldnt obtain ip address, any ideas.

Thanks to those @Yayzi_Team for really putting in some shifts the past few days. I know not everyone may be sorted yet, and as rubbish as things are - these things happen and you’re sorting it.
@Yayzi_Team what about the droping connection many of us are reported that since yesterday morning and we didnt even get any updates from you.
I understand you have issues but its taking way longer than we could anticipate. You also stopped updating on the situation so we all getting frustrated. Some of us work from home and that also has bigger impact.
Mine appears to have come to life! Now got an IP in the 149 range and connection appears to be functioning. Will keep a close eye on it and report any problems to help narrow down any remaining issues.
I’m still another that’s within this 60! It says on the service Boltons got a green tick next to it but I don’t get anything? My hubs lights are all green yet the black box is still flashing. Is this to be sorted today? I’ve rebooted aswel numerous times!

@Yayzi_Team Do you have confirmation its DHCP leases causing issues yet? Its still all over the place and the drop outs are getting longer than yesterday.

@Yayzi_Team My service is now back, Thank you. My Static IP has changed from 94. to 185. , will this change back automatically. If it is to stay at 185 then that is not a problem as long as I know what is happening. It just means an ‘A’ record change for my servers.
