Minor issue compared to some. My internet came back fully yesterday, but today I have some problems that relate to location of IPs, My Sky Stream Puck will not connect at all even though the Wifi and internet are connected and also the BBC App will not load at all, some other IP location related services also not working. I’m on the 154 network, but I was on that network yesterday and it worked. Moving back to Virgin Media connection also makes everything work again
That’s interesting - that’s the behaviour I was seeing previously when I was on the 154.x range, now I’m on the 185.x range it has been largely stable (though I’ll be honest, I’m leaving VM as the primary gateway until I’m sure it’s actually stable as there is still the occasional blip!)
Are you on the 154.x range still, Lee?
We appreciate your help
I am indeed mate. If it isn’t anymore stable by midday, requesting 185 may be the route forward, for me atleast. No pun intended
@Yayzi_Team any updates ? As mentioned before, working from home and in desperate need of the broadband connection
Oh god, routing puns!
Yes, came up at 8:05. Thanks
Still hard down for me, was hopeful last night when @Yayzi_Team said they were doing another all nighter to get the last of the 60 up. I’ve sent DM’s with name address account number etc but had no replies.
I was back online as of 8am ish, it wasn’t a fun experience (wife has videos to edit for an event on Saturday, daughter is finishing her mocks/revising for her main GCSE’s and it’s all online now, everything we watch is streamed and I even had a well meaning family member asking me if I need to borrow a few quid to pay the bill after the daughter complained she couldn’t study at home and we had no internet/TV etc ), but I appreciate the effort put in to resolving the issue.
I tend to judge my suppliers on how often/badly things go wrong and how they respond. Sometimes things happen, but the openness about the issue and updates while not perfect (perhaps a single discussion thread in future?) were better than most larger ISP’s, let alone the smaller CF resellers who often seem to think radio silence is the best option. So thankyou @Yayzi_Team but can we not do this again for a while? Please…
I’m on this same range 154.x.x.x and I’m seeing the same issues as you:

It’s constant…I don’t loose my DHCP IP address. Opnsense FW, never had issue before their outage and the ‘move’ happened.
If you get any info or get moved. Let me know.

back online over an hour now no drops - but speeds extremely low - can someone PM me ?
Still nothing!! Router is green but Ethernet light on that and the black box are both flashing!!
I can access your router and run speedtests, so your connection is 100% up. And they’re supposed to flash, just means data is transferred.
Can you PM me with your name and address?
Thanks for not answering any of my questions .
Nothing is coming up so I can connect though? It used to show yayzi 5g but I’m not getting anything
Sorry! I missed your previous reply. We can see this is a DHCP lease issue, we’re sorting it for you
It looks like you WiFi is turned off on the router, I’ve enabled that again. You should be able to connect now
154.56.236.x here, not at home at the minute but seems to be very similar for me too. The things I have externally available are unavailable more than available but do periodically come back up briefly.
It’s been on the whole time! How was it showing as off?
I’m back connected now tho thank you!
