My service has gone down

So ive spoke to Disney + via online chat and have it sorted they just asked for your ip and some security questions and all is sorted, simple folks

I have got internet back by reseting my hub, but it has switched to a Dynamic ip when i had a static ip before any way of getting it back?

Still a static address, but will be a different IP - This will not change.

Anyone who is still down now, please factory reset your router and let me know if you come back online.

Any idea why my laptop won’t let me connect my VPN to the Wi-Fi???

My laptop wouldnt even do a speed test even ethernet directed
Ive had issues with ranges and wifi dropping ive even ordered a new router with extenders on see if that works better.
If not id be cancelling my broadband im on a rolling 1 month contract.
No issues with sky broadband just lack of speeds of 40mbps wished i stayed and got rid of sky tv.

Mines dropped again. Back to no IP address.

Have factory reset but it says dynamic ip and static is blank when selecting.

My Connection is still down. I’m not getting any arp response from the gateway.

Dynamic IP and VLAN 911 are the only options needing to be selected :slight_smile:

keeps connecting and disconnecting will need to reconfigure static IP also since its back to dynamic.

y speed is very low. I pay for a 1 Gig Pro package. Its well below guaranteed speed.

Rebooted the UDM Pro remotely and I have a connection again. I’ll monitor how stable it is and feedback.

Need a static ip has cod keeps crashing.

Done another router reset since my connection dropped around 40 minutes ago, but no luck. Managed around 5.5 hours of uptime before it went, nothing in the logs suggesting what happened.

You have a Static IP, its assigned via DHCP (our auth method)

If you had your settings set as Static, you’ll need to go back to Dynamic IP and VLAN 911.

Still nothing after resetting…

Lucky u are you directed to the router ethernet cable i cannot even get a speed test direct to router.
Fault with network internet.
