My service has gone down

Thanks Lee, I thought that was only a sim failover, I’ll look into it, just trying to find the cheapest option to give me a temporary failover.

I might grab one and try it, I don’t mind being a guineapig for £20.

My service is back down again - router is informing me " Internet status:
**[Your ISP’s DHCP does not function properly.]

I’ve rebooted router and ONT - still borked

It went down at exactly 2 am according to broadband monitor

I’m reluctantly using Virgin again. The instability of Yayzi since Tuesday is unacceptable. It’s gone on far too long and I’m starting to think they have hired the wrong people for the job. I just want to chill and play games!

This still isn’t stable. Have had multiple dropouts and even while typing this reply it’s flickering on and off. Considering a move back to virgin at this stage. Really don’t want to, much prefer supporting a newer business and I can see how much you guys have been working hard on this but we desperately need stability for WFH.

Even when it’s on I can’t access secure stuff like internet banking etc.

We’re on this guys, it seems these issues are now very isolated and have a mix of different issues.

At this stage if you could to ensure things are a little less everywhere is drop us an email to [email protected] so we can keep track of your specific issue.

More than happy to provide some updates via forums but I want to make sure everyone is sorted

I can do that also but can you also start to look into why my service died at 2 am and hasn’t come back. Just rebooted ONT and router again and still not working. The ONT looks fine, all lights are on.

We’re taking a look for you, from what I can see there was no network issues around that time and no other drops (as far as we can see) and we didn’t do any work overnight.

So it’s with the network team now :slightly_smiling_face:

Did I get made static @Yayzi_Team I want to start moving everything over to my Yayzi connection and testing for geo issues etc. I don’t want to do this if my IP is going to change again and open myself up to potential issues.

I did DM my details as requested but haven’t had any confirmation if it was done or not.

Me too had enough now i have lost all my gear on cod zombies ten times now. Never had these issues at all when with virgin. Should have learnt my lesson. PAY CHEAP GET CHEAP.
