My service has gone down

down again in Newcastle

Oh no, down here, York, I thought it was my pfsense box but it’s not :pensive:

Down again in Washington. If they can’t keep the network up then I may take advice on getting released from my contract.

Down in kettering

Back up again in Washington

Is everyone posting they are down currently on a 149 address? I’m on 185 and no outage…yet :grimacing:

I’m back up

I’m on 185 and was down for about 5 minutes.

Nightmare during work days though if this happens

Back up but in ten years with virgin only lost service 3 times and they gave a refund each time. Not expecting anything from Yayzi.

We’re just looking into this, doesn’t appear to be an issue on our end, it affected about 30% of users. Then came back up about 5 mins later.

So we’re investigating and will let you know what happened

I was in that 30%… ip keeps changing… can someone check if it will remain static for me??

Back online, but speeds and latency are ridiculously poor and unstable. No online gaming this week I guess.

Mine has been up and stable since yesterday lunch time, but now I’m geolocked with Channel 4 again

I wish my connection was up. No connection at all since 2:10pm on the 14th :smiling_face_with_tear: Just the 84 hours of downtime since Tuesday evening.

since being back online yesterday my connection has dropped 3 times.

Still no word on the static IP and currently with the work I do, this is too unstable for me. Lack of options for being able to speak with someone over the phone, messing up my direct debit dates, the length of time it took to get the promised mesh system and only receiving one of the promised two boxes, bad communication and now 3 days of downtime and the connection being intermittent since yesterday.

I’m ready to cancel @Yayzi_Team

I’ve not received the service required, over the course of a year it’s not good enough for me

ouch, did you get @Yayzi_Team to have a look at this, you might need a factory reset of your equipment.

At this point I think I’ve done more factory resets of both the ONT and router than I’ve had days service.

Sent over a bunch of logs via DM and email, and still no closer to a fix. Router occasionally gets an IP from DHCP but then doesn’t get any connectivity, and when the 600s lease expires loses the IP again due to no DHCP response.

“We’ll take a look” and “we are looking now” has been pretty much the only detail I’ve had all week.

Just had 1 minute of packet loss on 185

Without looking back over the 700 posts on here, did you mention if you have your own router or theirs? I ask this because my own router kept refusing to connect to the ONT and the Ethernet lights next to the port kept going out and back on again, I had to move to a different port or do a reboot before it fixed it. took me ages to figure out what it was doing.
