Hello, ive been online and had not too many problems since the outage last weeks. However the last few days ive been losing connection to video streaming services and at the very same time losing connection in games via my Xbox ( I have all Ports forwarded btw). Windows 11 stays connected via the network icon and does not go offline. Router also shows no disconnects or resets? My pings and DL speed are fine however, im just having these strange disconnects when gaming and watching online videos streaming last few days. Could you look on your end please and see if there are any problems please.
All ports forwarded?! Please tell me you didn’t DMZ an Xbox as obviously you would just enable upnp and not try and port forward everything. Simple way to test if this is a Yayzi issue or a your end issue is if it does the same using the Yayzi supplied router?
The router has been solid since connected with Yayzi, last few days this issues have occurred, everything else has been a solid 100% connection, very happy with the service im getting
