I’d guess they have the same issues as me whereby their lease isnt renewing properly and their net dies, then it gets the new IP lease and works again and so on.
No problem, not really fussed about IPv6 I just need the connection to present itself as being from the UK so my wife doesn’t have geo issues connecting to the portals she needs for work.
I’m now connected, but speedtest.net never starts. Netflix.com doesn’t load (timeout), and looking at whatsmyip.com shows the ISP as “Dark Group Ltd”. Feels like I’ve been assigned a dodgy IP that’s been blacklisted or the routing is screwed. I’ve sent a PM with my .info email as it doesn’t work with this forum. AWS login also timesout, so maybe it’s some AWS edge servers blocking as well?

This is what is making me anxious as well. I can’t check whether I can connect my work laptop until tomorrow 
Also I’ve tried every website folks have been listing and having the exact same problem on each one
That’s a good point, this needs to be working by 8am or I can’t work as I can’t run a hotspot off my phone all day long.
We’re on this guys, the IPs are not blacklisted or anything, they all geolcate in the UK and the name is just a name. They get changed in the next maxmind update.
We’re looking into this now, we’ll get it sorted

Thanks for trying to sort this at midnight! Could you switch those of us having issues to the 185.x.x.x subnet and see if that helps us?
After 6 hours back online but have the same issue as others. Can’t run any speed test. Most sites don’t load. Those that do are extremely slow. Also on the 79. IP
Once we have everyone back online. We’ll start moving anyone with an issue

Lost my connection altogether now
Not sure how to check that. I’ve put my IP address in my web address and it’s taken me to a page asking me to log on with my password but every password I put in is invalid
Still on the old .94 address. Cannot pull the new IP at all after many reboots/release renews.
Has everyone been moved over yet? Someone further up said they were back up based in Leicester, i’m also Leicester, are you moving people over based on regions or just hitting randoms accounts to move over.
Check your router logs to see if you have the same issue I just posted a photo of

Password should be the one printed on your router if you haven’t changed it.

It’s not region based, you may need to force your router to drop the lease if you’re able
