What is happening with the re-introduction of IPv6?
Assume the UK location needs sorting out for IPv6 ranges and time for these to propogate through the various GEO IP Database.
Also what will allocation be /48 or /56?
Thanks

I see yayzi has not replied
I came here today for this exact reason - they said it’d be re-enabled after the migration, but it’s been nearly 2 months since the migration, and they’ve just kinda gone silent on the subject
The update is that there is no update! You’ll be updated next time theirs been no update, in the meantime please keep your eyes open for any updates to the updates.
No updates that I have been told yet, once I hear anything then I’ll let you all know
I recently asked Yayzi support about this and they said that it will be trialed at end of Q1 2025.
On 3rd Feb Yayzi told me that they were in the final stages of testing and will be rolling out over the next few weeks.
Would be good to get an update @Yayzi_Team
Rather, Yayzi launch with IPv6, with various Geo IP databases set to UK.
Currently, two /29 IPv6 ranges; USA and the other Seychelles.
@Yayzi_Team any update on IPv6? Been white the delay compared to what was communicated.
Yes, we are just adding some new systems on and software as planned then moving first IP batch onto IPv6.
@Yayzi_Team
Are these new UK IPv6 ranges or the current IPv6 ranges assigned AS215523 to https://bgp.tools/as/215523?show-low-vis#prefixes
The current IPv6 ranges show on most geo IP searches as non UK.
@Yayzi_Team : any update?
Yes we are literally just sorting out the software testing on our sandbox before adding to our servers to then allow IPV6.
Thats because that is what we are doing, we have to test these thing before loading onto our servers, we have the test bed in action now.
