Almost down everywhere , they said restart but even after doing that 5 times I still don’t have internet
What was the need to push IP change at 10pm instead of doing past midnight
Every upgrade is a nightmare
I was already on a new IP so not sure why rebooting will fix that. But FYI just rebooted and still no service. Why close down the thread I started???
Also why email support when we have this forum?
Restarted now for the 6th time and still no internet
And they shamelessly closed that thread without actually verifying that restart has solved the problem
It was closed as it did fix the problem, another problem has occurred hence why this hasn’t been closed.
Please rest assured that this is being fixed.
Restarted router = no Internet
Reboot didn’t work for me, ONT had 4 greens but then the right hand I’ve flashed on and off a few times then steady green. I can’t see what the words for which light it is Without moving furniture. Hopefully working soon as there’s smart plugs I can’t get to to turn off lights etc without moving even more furniture lol
Fixed it for who? Certainly not me as I started the thread.

Got the new migration at 6pm then worked up until now

Yes service is down but for some reason they locked the previous thread 
lol, same for me. Luckily the Xmas lights were scheduled to turn off at 2200 so got in just before the outage.
Anyone else experiencing a similar outage?
