Same here Bracknell, Temple way NO INTERNET for the past 20 minutes.
Already tried rebooting ONT box and router 5 times.
Support please provide information on expected downtime?
Looks like a nationwide outage - no consolation in knowing it’s not just local to me.
Newcastle down for me too. Had terrible speeds all day. As in 40mb/s. Then 9pm time dropped to 10mb/s for an hour. Then no speed at all at 10pm.
Doncaster down about the same time
Not nationwide, everything OK here in my part of north somerset. Very possibly linked to their new upgraded network which doesn’t bode well if that’s true, I’m still connected to the old network.

Down in leicester as well - I wonder how they did the testing of new uograde and stated it went all well
New IP range being pushed out, restart your routers if you haven’t already. Otherwise hold tight, it should come up shortly

Do I need to reset the ONT too or just reboot the router what’s the official way to fix?

I can see that traffic is starting to come back.
Give us an ETA and compensate for the loss of service for 1 hour, I can’t even work due to this outage.
