Yes there website works but even google don’t work for me iv had the worst experience ever since joining even there routers never worked had 3 an all off them would not connect ended up buying my own just to connect to the network
I’m getting fantastic download speeds over wifi now. Pity even Google won’t resolve though!

Yep like they have been working on a telephone line for the past year still no progress
Leicester out too as of 22:35 …rebooted 3 times and nothing…all the gear no idea

We should all write to them to compensate for this loss of service - it’s been a wasteful 1.5 hours
So, what’s been fixed? Am I going to get yet another IP or has the routing and DNS been fixed on the IP I got an hour ago??
Still nothing here, do I need to reboot again? Every time I reboot it’s like 10 mins for my WiFi to come back online.
Quite, I don’t want to have to kick off a reboot of my UDM again unless I’ve been given yet another IP.

Ive had very good service since April,now a simple ‘reeboot’ has been an hour+ without any wifi , I understand upgrading is important but an easy fix this ain’t, the UK has a red alert storm still and communication is key for all,this is not a great time for an outage , I hope it’s ok in the morning like my roof staying on

Just come back up after a reboot. Still on a 213.x.x.x address range
