Sky location failed - help!

Hi,
I’m a new customer with Yayzi and I am unable to access Sky or BBC services as they think I am outside the UK. Does anybody have any idea how this can be resolved? We are in the 154.56 range.

Do you happen to have a VPN service?

Yayzi are in the process of decommissioning that IP range as it is known to be troublesome

Thanks for the info. No VPN service being used just the IP address allocated by Yayzi.
