On CF: GPON 900/900
185.210 . subnet

1.2 Pro here on the 154.60 subnet

Guessing QoS isn’t currently on?

No QOS configured

Any way of figuring out if we have been migrated?
Does this give any clues?

NO QoS.

Was all working fine this morning.

CF issue or the migration?

This will likely be us doing work guys, normal speeds shall resume shortly :slightly_smiling_face:

My trace shows 195.72.67.241 which with a little investigation would suggest perhaps I have not been migrated. Data gathered gives an appox location and I would say this is Telehouse West as I have been to that location in the past.

EDIT: Wow, dont I sound like a proper saddo - LOL

how long is “shortly” in yayzi terms? hours, days, weeks??
how low is too low?

come on guys all the works you are carrying out seem like it’s affecting your customers quite a bit now. can’t even log into my account page anymore to see when my contract ends as “new portal” is coming soon… apparently
the amount of times the connection dropped yesterday (16th) was disgusting, roughly 10 times during the day and early evening.
whats the next problem going to be? over subscribed on City Fibre’s end, DOS attack and the good old “customer hardware” problem, when are these going to crop up…
i havent sent any emails to customer support as half the time they dont get back to you or they just claim it’s ongoing work.
sort your S**t out Yayzi

Try a speedtest to a London location, like youfibre or something then post the results in here. Packet loss, high pings I’m 100% with you. However speeds as low as you’re experiencing is very unusual for Yayzi.

still just as bad

Is this on a wired connection or over Wi-Fi? If it’s on Wi-Fi can you run a wired connection test direct to the router? If it’s just as bad then I would do all the usual stuff, unplug router and ONT for a few mins, reset router to default and try again. If that doesn’t fix it email Yayzi support.
