Hi @Yayzi_Team, it’s been four days already since Monday. Nobody from CityFiber came to change my ONT!
I hope you made the requtest to the their right channel.
They (City Fibre) really need to make ONT upgrades a self-install, or at least an option to self-install. It’s not a hard task to change it, just needs a way for the self-installer to register it (I would imagine they have to be registered?)
