How do I change my Direct Debit?
You need to update your direct debit details via the My Yayzi Portal here: https://my.yayzi.co.uk, once you are logged in, you will be taken to the account overview page, Next to where it says “automatic payment” Select manage and you’ll be taken to a page where you can enter new bank details or remove all ones
How do I check if Yayzi services are available in my area?
You can check availability by entering your postcode on the Yayzi website. https://yayzi.co.uk/
What broadband plans does Yayzi offer?
Yayzi offers several plans including 900 Plus, 1.2Gig Pro+, 2Gig Pro+, and 2.3Gig Pro+ (subject to areas) with different speeds and features.
What is the 'Boost' feature?
The Boost feature allows you to upgrade or downgrade your broadband plan on demand without requiring a new contract!
What equipment do I need?

Of course you can! As long as your device supports vLAN tagging on the WAN side then you are good to go! If you don’t know what vLAN tagging is or WAN then make a post on the forum with the name and model of your router.
