Thanks, yes I have just sent an email to the support address.

mine has done the same thing in the last hour or so, red light on the ex820

I shut it off for a few minutes, turned it back on and it was back within about 15 minutes, albeit with the same low speeds

I have four greens on the ONT but no ‘world’ light on the router?

Has anyone got their original static IP back yet?

No reply.

Please don’t email them more than once

They will have got your email

No one has got them yet, as far as I’m aware!

Emailing them again means that potentially they will lose your original email in the chain

Please just let them get on with it. You will get your old IP when you get it.

They will email you back once they have given you it

No-one has got them yet? We were told this would be happening Wednesday. Getting a bit tedious. These timelines are turning in to Labour’s ‘milestones’. Thing is I was told the engineers were working through the night on Wednesday night to get these done. Now you’re saying none have been done. Well, someone’s clearly telling porkies. Certainly haven’t seen anyone post that they have been put back as yet. Bit poor really.

The @Yayzi_Team Can clarify this, but I am not aware of anyone getting their old IP address yet

Do keep in mind that I am not privy to any extra behind the scenes information, I can only go off what I have seen in the Discord

I think at the moment they prioritise getting people online as there has been issues with people losing connection or just not having a connection at all post migration

This process has already been in progress, there are hundreds of requests to go through, they have to be sorted by IP range, added into IMAP. Addresses have started to be applied to customers and we are working through them as fast as possible.

Thank you for clarifying Liam

Can anyone use Speedtest.net to test their speed? I have been getting an error since the migration has started. I’d be quite disappointed if this was blocked intentionally to hide the speed during the migration.

We didn’t block anything during the migration… infact at one point speedtest data accounted for 40% traffic

Ok, thanks! Then something is probably wrong with how I was migrated as I still have temperamental connection, Speedtest doesn’t work at all and my static IP keeps changing. I’ll drop you a line.

On the 900Plus profile. GPON

So far all looking good on the speed front and latency, all tests WIRED.

Remaining issues: which I know the team are aware of and working through:

IPXO - US issue with DB-IP.com
Swap over Static IP — which is not urgent for me.

The name IPXO (name on Speedtest etc) will be getting renamed to Yayzi Broadband as well.

Terrible performance still this morning for me. D-day for migrations to have finished and traffic ‘shaping’ to be lifted.
Anyone know when are Yayzi due to finish their work?
No reply still on getting my Static IP back.

Probably best to drop them an email : [email protected]

There some customers with issues post-migration.

Hi, could I ask what you’re using to get all of those various pings please? Thanks.

WifiMan app on iOS and Android, you don’t need a Unifi router to be able to use it

I’ve been down since the email about DHCP issues. When will this be fixed?

@Yayzi_Team Hi there,
As per your suggestions on Yayzi Talk, I opened a ticket for the inconsistency of my broadband speed. My IP is starting 213 and I attached the screenshot of my Speedtest results. It is inconsistent and also all results are USA as mentioned also by some other people here.
My broadband package is 1.2Gbps.
Could you please kindly have a look at that? I need your help.
