Any chance you could take a look at my issue regarding IP geolocation, I originally raised the issue to support via email on 10th October, told I’d be moved to a different IP block within 48 hours by the network team, then raised the issue again on the 19th as nothing had been actioned and 48 hours was mentioned again.

Same for me also. I contacted Yayzi on Reddit and requested an IP change - which they agreed to.
Still no IP change at my end. I’m still having to tether my mobile phone data to connect to work servers.
Please can you fix this asap as it is now slowing down my productivity with work related tasks - my employer is starting to moan at me.

Was moved back to the 154.xx range earlier on just to bring my service back up. Was working fine however seems to have dropped out again, I assume this isn’t related to the other changes going on to reduce latency?

Considering my experience so far I’m not overly surprised I’m having to chase which is a real shame.
