The reason you’re down is still unknown. But we have ruled out it’s not the migration that’s caused you any issues. We’ve got a ticket open with CityFibre to check on this.
I dont think ive been moved over yet, Ive not had any downtime at least BUT My avg/max latency has improved over the past few days. Maybe due to not sharing the old network with as many users as they have been migrated over and I am still waiting?
