We wouldn’t cover for mobile data purchased. We only really do this on a case by case basis if the issue is something that is in our control.
With this being something that is out of our control, then we wouldn’t reimburse for that.
We are looking at introducing a 4G/5G failover servers on the routers but that’s for another day.

@Yayzi_Team its not even getting any WAN ip anymore now, does any of the router settings need to be changed? Is the VLAN still 911?

Did you look into mine @Yayzi_Team ? It’s just says carrier down cannot get a DHCP lease. Restarted twice no luck.
Definitely slower speeds, higher pings, packet loss on this new IP/connection.
I was getting 1200/1000 now I’m getting 980/900
I used to get a ping of around 7 when pinging 8.8.8.8 now it’s 13-15 Pinging 1.1.1.1 returns 7 still.
I really do hope it improves!
My concern also, pings to the 8.8.8.8s has doubled for me from 6 to 12 . Its the second hop that’s causing the extra latency to it.

Assuming that’s OPNsense and not PFsense, how much throughput are you seeing? I’m wondering if my box is underpowered (i7-3612QE / 16Gb) as it’s not getting above 1.2Gb on a 2Gb line, wifi via the Yayzi router hits 2Gb fine.

My internet disappeared totally at approx 8am and was still down at 08.45 when my wife left for work. I can’t check again until approx 5pm.
I only have a gig ONT (Yayzi has promised for months they were booking City Fibre to come out and replace to enable 2GB as the wrong one was installed 
), with the expected overhead it’s pulling around 930-940 symmetrical when it actually stays up. Running on a i7-13700 virtulised on proxmox here, so it can handle the throughput easily.
ok, take a look at this, I get very close to my 1.2gb speeds on an old xeon
Sorry to keep chasing but this is now 20 hours without any internet, and I am WFH and having to use my mobile data which isn’t great for this type of work.
Please can you give me an update and let me know if there is anything I can do from my end to help resolve this quicker?
@Yayzi_Team Reddit is still blocked for me and getting a timeout on Disney+ (although, I don’t care about D+).
I find it crazy that people are not happy that there connections have come back but that Disney+ isn’t working

can confirm my connection has been good for last 30 mins, not sure about streaming services yet will check after doing some work
