Hi Yayzi can you tell us what the actual problem is as you have stated already that you have been looking at my account and a few others and said it would be fixed and up soon, that was hours ago for some so what’s the actual reason instead of fobbing us off.
Of course, it is quite an involved process moving from one network to another. We moved customers in batches of 100, then we check to see whos come back up and who isn’t. The reason for them not coming back up is a strange one, as we use the same routers and settings, some have required a reboot of just the router, some have required a reboot of the router and ONT and some have just come back up on their own without any intervention at all.
The ones who did move over without issue came back online within about 34 seconds of being moved

So you don’t know why the rest of us, that haven’t come back online , when or how we will get back ?
We’ll get you back online, we’re just working through the ones still offline case by case
You’ve said a handful, which would make it a bit faster? Not ideal when working from home, you know? Getting close to 24h with no service
Thank for the explanation, honestly that helps,for me last night I thought I did something so I hard reset the router during all of this, Don’t know if that’s got something to do with it, should I do a hard reset instead of just a power off/on reboot??

So dealing with a handful is actually a lot slower due to the reasons explained above, its more involved. You could even try factory resetting the router and the ONT via the reset hole on the router and ONT. Let us know if that works.
I wouldn’t write or insist if would’ve worked … did factory reset and still nothing.
I never said it would work, I just said its worth trying as other customers have done that and its worked.
I’ve tried that and now I’m online WOOP, I reset OTC first then router and it’s working
I’m in PL1 and have come back online recently, try restarting the ONT and router again
Google thinks I’m in America and Europe simultaneously
Factory reset both router and OTC it worked for me
Offline again in PL1

Tried a few times, still down unfortunately. Do you know what IP I can use to access 4G modem settings when plugged into the router? I did it a couple weeks ago but have now forgotten

It appears I’m sadly past the 14 day cancellation period for a new customer by 12 days (silly me didn’t notice the 1 month contract toggle when signing up). so I have a question…
If I use the downgrade option, will that mean my early termination fee would he based on £39pm instead of £50pm? I left BT after a 12 hour outage and to be met with a near 24 hour outage in my first month is pretty disheartening, and it’s compounded by all of the packet loss issues I’m seeing from those who have been restored. At this point I’d rather pay the 17 months remaining just to be done.
