Still no internet, tried factory resetting the router and ONT, had no update on my support ticket either, any idea how long it might be?

Took some time but I appreciate your updates here so I had a good experience in general not unlike with my other providers in the past with similar issues where you had a feeling that they wait the problem will solve itself.

As a fellow IT engineer, I know the vast majority of our work goes unnoticed and often unappreciated. Working out of hours on this kind of downtime can be stressful. I hope the team get some rest and maybe a pizza or something out of the bosses
Our (relatively new) LG TV wouldn’t start Plex while the Internet was down yesterday … even though the local server was up; and I couldn’t get in to the settings to make it stop caring about the Internet. D’oh!
Didn’t have that problem when Plex used to be on the Xbone… #progress
Same on the FireTV - refused to do anything without internet. We don’t have a TV aerial or dish, so rely on internet for TV.
On the plus side, me and the Mrs played scrabble for a bit then went to the pub!

I was going to say that Disney+ is working again now, however… navigating to www.disneyplus.com takes me to their home page, but on trying to login I get:
On mobile I’ve managed to login over 5G, then gone back to wifi and it’s all good and working fine. So whatever they’ve done isn’t quite enough just yet.
Would be interesting to know if CF can offer diverse from the premise to from you home perimiter, one link will go left, and the other right. Is there even room in the ducting they install?
