I’m on the 149.* So far no packet loss, speed seems just as it was prior to the outage and being moved.
I live in hope
Ooohh, @Yayzi_Team if this is true, can I be put on the 149.* range, please?
am i missing out on something here, is this a secret 149.* group
Okay, so we can now confirm there is a DHCP issue. So we’re going to correct this overnight, as connections will drop and we don’t want mass panic. We’ll send comms out on here, socials and status pages for Planned Maintenance - We will also move anyone on the 74.X address to the 149.X.
Connections are already dropping so already mass panic lol
What about those who were on 149.x and have since lost connection, is this covered by the same DHCP issue?
For some reason I can’t even run a speed test on speedtest.net, all I get is finding optimal server and connecting.
Not DHCP related
If this 149.x range has a better reputation than 79.x then you should think about moving those over too maybe?
Will this rectify issues with no connection at all?
We are
So yours is still being looked at, we can see the DHCP server is offering you an IP but your router isn’t accepting.
I’d recommend a full factory reset of your router and ONT and let me know if that gets you sorted
If I didn’t have bad luck I’d have no luck at all
I’ve done this several times…
Hello,
I emailed this morning to advise that we are still down and haven’t been back up and running since the outage at 4pm on Tuesday evening. This is now 48 hours with no internet, and I have had no response from @Yayzi_Team from my email this morning advising that I would like to be let out of my contract early so that we can at least go to another provider to get our internet back up and running, as there clearly is no resolution to our problems. @Yayzi_Team Please please can you prioritise getting those of us with no internet back up and running, and let us know a timeline of when you expect our internet to be back up and running, and not just a response of ‘We’re on it’. Thanks
This can also happen if the VLAN tag is not set as well, so probably worth double checking that it is set to 911.
Cheers.
Keeop
It is. Appreciate the advice though.
Oh my god… my internet has literally just come back! - Fingers crossed it stays that way
Lucky for some
