I just rebooted my router. I’m still down
I’m getting this WAN gw via DHCP
I’m having weird connection issues and I’m still on the 154 ip. certain sites not working etc. If I use cloudflare warp then it fixes some sites but breaks others that work without it, very strange.
I’ve just gone down again 
I was on the 149.xxx range, had no geolocation issues and connection was solid
Edit: working 
My connection has been great all evening, but it just dropped out completely again.
Same here, but it’s due to the scheduled maintenance they’re doing, should be back on in the morning

So, we’ve completed the moves successfully! Please could you keep an eye on stability, packet loss, performance etc…
If anyone is still down, please try a reboot and a factory reset of both the router and ONT before posting on here or opening a ticket and then we can work with you individually to get sorted.
Hi I went off-line at 12:30 when you started to work and I’m still off-line. I have tried restarting and resetting everything. My connection will turn on for about one minute and then goes off again for another 10 or 20.
We’ll take a look at this for you

4:00am. No connection for me after router and ONT reboot/reset.
No service here in Bournemouth again.
the connection keeps going on and off this morning even after factory resetting the router and ont @Yayzi_Team .

@Yayzi_Team I’m not sure what you have done but can you take a look into my connection
I was on 79.135.100.x working perfectly and my UDM Pro says I’ve been moved to 149.18.86.x but don’t have any connectivity (Edit - Answered my own question about the 79.x range, you updated the range effected)
Rebooted the ONT and the router as requested. 4 Green lights on ONT
I’ve thrown the HX220 you supplied back on - logs are below

I’ve tried resetting the ONT and router for about the 10th time, same old error messages, still no IP or connection. Seeing other people that had connectivity go down is pretty disheartening, we appear to be no closer to a fix.

I’ve got no internet after resetting router and ONT. The router says it’s connected and all lights are blue but there’s no connection. I’ve been moved to a 149.x.x.x IP and noticed that my IP and Gateway are no longer just one digit different as they used to be. Also noticed the IPv4 section is populated with IP address etc but not the IPv6section of the router which is still empty.
@Yayzi_Team Still no broadband. Factory reset both router and Ont. getting the old IP on router .this is now turning into a bad joke …
Now it’s fully disconnected again with a red light. I’m supposed to be WFH today, so this is unacceptable.
Just spotted my router thinks it’s 2016 now, and thinks the last IP lease was successfully generated at 12.23 am, but given the year I dont think that time is correct .
After a factory reset the time resets to 01-01-2016, and until it can connect to a timeserver it doesn’t update.

My net has gone down again. Not sure what is happening but getting annoyed
