Thanks, although I only did a reboot and not a factory reset…
My connection is down again, this is really starting to become quite frustrating
Been moved from a 154 to 185 address and no drop outs at all since midnight looking at my monitoring. No IP reputation/Geo issues with websites (disney+) etc.
We’re looking at this guys
Pings to the 8.8.8.8s are also back to what they were pre transit issues 4.4ms
Bandwidth is also back to what it was.
@Yayzi_Team Please don’t touch my account
I’m on the verge of cancelling altogether, not sure how many times I have to contact Yayzi to resolve all issues including changing back my direct debit date before things actually get resolved.
Not receiving promised equipment, not receiving any contact re upgrading speeds after 3 or 4 times contacting and now downtime which has not been resolved.
The service I’ve received after being with Yayzi for almost a year hasn’t been great and I’m about ready to cancel.
These are my new IP details but no internet, it’s set to DCHP but nothing
Our connection has been down since last night’s maintenance, but pleased to confirm had just come back online in the past couple of minutes.
Thanks for the efforts made getting things back up and running.
I’m back too on 185.x.x.x range. Had to bounce FW.

Yet again had to change IP on some services following an unnotified change - when will things be sorted and static IP’s actually assigned?
Static IP definitely needs sorting out, I have to change my IP in numerous places for work and servers. Done so twice in 24 hours
Sorry guys, we did let people now on here it would change as there were issues with the ranges. They’re statically assigned now.
I’m fuming at the amount of times it’s dropped off.
I now have no IP/DNS settings and it’s on dynamic! Seriously what is going on?!
This is also after rebooting twice
Same here
Do we go through factory reset again
OK I’m working and on the 185.210.171.xxx range.
However, I’ve noted a drop in speed from 1.9gb to 1.6 down. Up Speed is OK.
Will this improve? I rebooted the router but not touched the ONT or performed any factory resets. Should I do this?
I would like to say that for a small company, all of the Yayzi team deserve our gratitude and thanks (what’s that like all 3 of you? ).
You’ve put one helluva shift over the last 72 hours…
I’m not factory resetting, having the setup my whole network takes too much time
Back up now
