Did you factory reset? Or did it come back up?
Can I get some help with my issue of having 0.0.0.0 on DCHP for all settings?
I’m in the same boat. My router will occasionally display an IP for a minute or two but not have connectivity, and then go back to 0.0.0.0.
I’ve reset the router and ONT countless times and still the same issue and no answers. It’s been 20 hours and 26 minutes since it last connected so far, and 59 hours of total downtime (Keeping a detailed log as evidence in case I need to escalate this to terminate my contract)

We’re looking into this for you, Sean.
for some reason my secondary DNS is 0.0.0.0
Is there any way I can set this manually to 1.1.1.1
Connection seems better today, so does pings and so far no packet loss.
How to I enable ICMP pings to my router so I can setup broadband monitor
Are you using our router, Craig?
it’s one of your tp-link routers EX820v
Down yet again came down stairs and no internet good job ive put in a ticket to cancel.
This isnt very good for customers wanting broadband not looking good when people will be telling not to get broadband from you and look at trustpilot for reviews.
No comment from yayzi with that one
We’ve replied to your ticket, offered to resolve your issue but you request to cancel so we’ve done that for you. Apologies we weren’t able to get you sorted.
Any updates on why I’m getting 0.0.0.0 on dynamic IP?
Is it the only advice you have “ can you factory reset ont and router” ??? Done that and didn’t change anything !!! Are people really looking into it or you can’t be bothered as a provider to actually provide the services to your customer??? Getting to 4 days and the only advice is factory reset and somebody is looking into it !!! I bet if somebody would actually look into it it would’ve been fixed already!
We’re suggesting this because we’re offering your router and IP but its not accepting it. So we’re trying to force it to accept it
You’ve been trying this for a while now and I have done as you asked every single time !!! Stop the lies and get this fixed. I bet I’m not the only one with an HX220 the only difference is that I don’t have any service!!! So how is that different from the other users ?!
Could you please assist me in resolving my connectivity issue? I’ve been unable to establish a stable internet connection since it initially went down. The connection intermittently restores for approximately 20 seconds before dropping again multiple times throughout the day. Last night, you mentioned that everyone else experiencing downtime would have their connections restored by morning. However, I’m still encountering the same problems since the outage occurred. I’ve attempted all the steps you previously suggested, but unfortunately, the issue persists.
I’ve sorted the secondary DNS by setting my router to static and manually putting in my gateway, IP and DNS. I’m still not sure why it wasn’t picking up a secondary DNS, I tried a reboot etc.
If your router is not accepting the gateway, IP, etc… Can’t they tell you what they should be and you can then set them as a static and manually config it? I can’t see why this wouldn’t work if it is the fact your router isn’t accepting the settings.
Just a thought…
I have the same as you Tp-link HX220 mesh system
May be worth sending new routers out, would you both be happy with that?
