My service has gone down

And mine, no point setting up broadband quality monitor if my IP keeps changing, that’s 3 times at least it’s changed over the past day or so. I can’t set up other stuff without the static IP. I may as well cancel at this rate as I can’t cancel Virgin until I know that I have a static IP that has no geo issues!

Can you give me an update on when my connnection will be restored, what the issue is with my connection and what is being done to remedy. Surely you have some idea by now.

Approaching 18 hours now and no communication from you is not reassuring at all. Saying it’s complicated or being looked at is not good enough.

You’re not on a static Lee so you may end up loosing it, you should only drop for a few mins

Mines come back up now on 141.11.X.X - is that definitely static now?

@Yayzi_Team tell me you have some good news. IP still with 192. What would your best guess be in the issue?

No problem, also on a 141.11 address now. Still at 4-5ms to the 8.8.8.8s, as they say, ping is king, so all good :+1:

is my 185.210 IP now static?

I think I just answered my own question, just rebooted router and I get a different IP, it did end with 209 now it’s 183

@Yayzi_Team I’ve still got no internet, 4 days straight, despite IP address being offered during DHCP process. Have tried router with static IP settings, same problem. Please see all the DM (emails)… Tried on two different routers, same problem. Please can you acknowledge this message so I know it’ll get looked into.

It doesn’t help but I’m in exactly the same boat as yourself. Approaching 92 hours of total downtime here. They’ve said they’re looking into it but I’m no closer to fix.
