Odd, so that’s the range we’ve just put you on. I can’t quite understand why your router isn’t taking it. We’ve just moved 10 offline people to that range and they came back on almost straight away. Hmmm more digging I guess!

Yes please, I’m having the same dhcp, but then 10s connection until it drops issues, happy to try any static ip at this point?

Is the static ip issued to the current mac address? Or is it the first device on that particular cityfibre circuit that will get given that IP?

Reason I’m asking is that I was about to start testing direct connections from pc to vlan911, and don’t want the static ip locked to the pc rather than routers interface.

@Yayzi_Team Ive just hard reset the ONT again and now I’m seeing a mixture of 141.11. And 185.210. Addresses in the WAN port TCPDUMP ARP messages… now seems just 141.11. Addresses, still no connection though.

Rebooting router again just in case

Good Evening, I’m on a 185 ip (service started yesterday). Everything seems generally OK other than BBC iPlayer randomly re-buffering.

Happy to assist where possible.

Was tested on WiFi next to router.

Just been catching up on this thread. To confirm, the 185. range does not contain static IP’s? If so, can you arrange for me to be moved to the 141. static IP range please?

Also waiting for the month of service credit I was promised after go-live issues back in November…

Was just coming here to post, yep connection went live a minute or two ago now! Thank you. I’m on the 141.x IP range so will keep an eye on it and see how it performs.

Not sure what’s happened now, but dhcp discover requests going out from the router, response coming back but still no ip connectivity.

Just tried connecting ONT direct to PC on vlan 911, and that’s not managing to get dhcp lease.

Also, doesn’t seem to be static assigned as have seen offers for both 141.11.200.53 and 51, but neither seem to work.

We’ve just seen yours drop and it’s come back with this " too long for DHCP param agent circuit id"

We’ve expanded that to see if that solves it for you

Just seeing endless DHCP discover requests going out from the router with no response now.

In order that we can pin down if this or isn’t just a dhcp issue now, could you confirm what my static ip is supposed to be, and the default gateway?

That way I can manually configure it, and see if then we’ve got connectivity. If not, then we know something else is going wrong as well.

Update I’ve just seen an offer from your dhcp server for

141.11.200.53

My router has replied about 20x requesting that IP, but then no further response from the DHCP server.
