Sean we’re going to try a few things on your connection. What we may also do is send you a new router, I’m not able to push a new firmware out while you’re obviously offline.
We seem to have a got pretty much everyone back except a few now so we really need to work with you in getting this resolved by any means possible 
No one is going to sleep, or going home until we have every last customer. We have our Cisco engineers literally working round the clock to get this sorted for you
I can install a firmware update on my end via the web interface if needed.
Looks like the connection came back around 1am, and has been up for 8.5 hours since. So whatever you tried since then appears to have worked @Yayzi_Team. Thank you once again!
Would it be possible to get this IP address made static? Then I can set up a monitor for it.

Still no connection for me. Down for 32 1/2 hours now. When will you turn your engineer turn their attention to fixing my connection?
I’ve reset the ONT multiple times and router. It still cannot get a response from your DHCP. I’ve tried using your router. Same issue.
Ive had no direct contact from Yayzi, No request to try X or Y. It would appear you’ve done nothing to try and fix my problem.

Sorry I meant we haven’t seen a DHCP drop, or a network drop that would have caused your disconnect

it is back after 2 reboots, but i would really appreciate to have a stable connection again. Please have this sorted or I will have to be another one to start thinking of an alternative.
Are you using our router as your main router?
No I am on pf sense since I have joined in November. Never had any issues since the outage
