No actual connectivity though.

It’s not the same, I’ve used the new IP address with the previous subnet mask of 255.255.255.252 and comes up as invalid

As said above. We have moved everyone to the new network due to the time it may take to get the transit link back up and running.
If you need the Static IP you had, drop me a DM but it makes take some time to get that sorted and new LOAs need to be issued.

Hi,
I’m not bothered about having my previous IP I just need my current IP to be static and the router is not accepting the previous subnet mask.
Also as previously my default gateway way similar to my IP but one less on the 4th digit. Not sure if the same will apply now.
I have a working connection now too, by the way

That’s worked but default gateway is the issue now
On the new network we use /31 so subnet mask should be 255.255.255.254. Let me know how you get on 
I’m still down also, when this is back up and running will I be on IPv6 and will this fix my geo location issues?
This is weird. It’s back up but now I’m unable to watch Disney Plus etc as it says it can only be accessed by particular regions.

IPv6 is being rolled out still. Most likely not in this update currently though.
But you shouldn’t have any geolocation issues on the new network, but feedback will be important and we can rectify geolocation issues very quickly.

The IP address starts with 79. Yes. I’m also unable to access Netflix, Prime, Wwe Network… When I first joined your service I also had an issue where my work’s VPN was showing me as being in Uzbekistan or some other random former Soviet country and I couldn’t connect to that VPN. Will I have this issue again tomorrow?
That’s really odd. The IPs we’re tested weeks prior to going live. We will investigate this immediately. Any one else having issues?

I was offline since 6pm and have just come back on with a 79.x.x.x IP, but my connection is now extremely poor, with pages stuck loading for minutes, or just completely crashing. Router logs show DHCP lease issues, even though the lease time is set to 600s now rather than the 60s it was set to before, it’s not getting the response correctly when it asks for the new lease. Every time it asks for a new lease it sends request, broadcasts request, sends discover, finally gets response, and during that period it seems to behave like it has no IP and therefore the net drops out. Could you please shift me over onto the 185.x.x.x subnet and see if that works properly, because it’s unusable currently.
